Selected work
Where the work lands
A trick that solves a battery management problem often solves something in a wearable. Working across all of these is the point, not a lack of focus.

Eight stages, first call to your door. About 16 weeks to factory-ready.
1CONSULT
Week 1
A call, then clear written targets.
2SCOPE
Week 1–2
Fixed scope, price and dates. You approve.
3RESEARCH
Week 2–3
Risky parts proven. Parts checked for stock.
4DESIGN
Week 3–6
Board, firmware, enclosure and app, together.
5PROTO
Week 6–9
First working product, shown on video.
6VALIDATE
Week 9–16
Bench, stress and field tests. Design frozen.
7PRODUCE
Week 16+
Pilot run, golden sample, mass production.

Shipped to your door. Every file handed over.
How we work
Kept on every project.
Say the hard thing early.
Bad news travels the same day.
Design and engineering in one room.
Never cut corners on quality.
Every board tested before it ships.
You own everything we deliver.
Idea to factory-ready.
Rarely about the schematic. Usually about being told the truth on time.
We came in with a breadboard and a deadline. They pushed back on half our spec, which we did not enjoy at the time, and the board came back working on the first spin.
The part that mattered was the handover. Gerbers, BOM, firmware source, test reports — all of it, documented, with nothing held back to keep us dependent.
They built the hardware and then built the app that talks to it. Not having to manage two vendors across that boundary saved us a quarter.
Weekly updates, honest ones. When a component went end-of-life mid-project they told us the same day and came back with two alternatives costed out.
